Vision: To build a powerful network of visionary young leaders committed to advancing inclusive development, regional integration, and global competitiveness across Côte d'Ivoire, Bénin, and Sénégal.

Recognize Excellence: Honor young professionals and changemakers who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact.
Foster Collaboration: Create a cross-border platform for dialogue, partnership, and shared learning among emerging leaders.
Amplify Voices: Elevate the stories and solutions of young Africans to inspire future generations and influence policy and investment.
Catalyze Action: Encourage youth-led initiatives that address pressing challenges in governance, technology, education, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 18–39 years old
Nationality or significant impact in Côte d'Ivoire, Bénin, or Sénégal
Demonstrated leadership in their field
Proven track record of innovation, influence, or social impact
Commitment to ethical leadership and regional development
Selection Process
Nominees are evaluated by a distinguished panel of regional and international experts based on leadership, impact, innovation, and potential for future contribution. The final 40 honorees will be announced during a high-level virtual summit and featured in a strategic publication.
