The CI 40 Over 40 Senior Executive Leaders Program is a prestigious national initiative designed to identify, celebrate, and empower the 50 most influential economic and institutional leaders in Côte d’Ivoire under the age of 50. The program targets senior executives, CEOs, entrepreneurs, high-level public officials, and innovators who play a strategic role in the country’s economic, technological, and institutional transformation.

Through a Senior Executive Leadership Academy, an Economic Influence Forum, an official publication, and an elite network, the program aims to elevate Ivorian leaders to regional and global recognition while fostering synergies between the public and private sectors.
